A virus of unknown origin has been released and its effects reanimate the dead and turn the living into flesh eating monsters.

The few clusters of humans who remained were forced to go underground into large facilites to escape the infected on the surface but that only lasted so long. The virus eventually made its way underground as well.

Your only hope for survival is to move through the expansive underground facility that is being overrun by the infected and find your way to freedom.
